New Week, New Start!

I feel much better this morning after eating a lot of protein and complex carbohydrates yesterday. My weight is now 11 stone 2 pounds. I knew it would go up but I needed to get my blood sugar back up again as I had no energy and was feeling unwell. I will get back to eating better again today and counting calories but I think I need to very careful and maybe stick to 1200 and not go to low - to be sure that I do not have a crash again. I think it will be easier to maintain too. It will be worth experimenting for a few days anyway and see what happens.
