FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
Weetabix and fruit juice
Elevenses - 50 calories
some tomato, cucumber, carrot, red pepper, apple pieces and green tea
Lunch - 200 calories
pasta with home made sauce, chicken style dippers and peas
Afternoon - 100 calories
crisps and sugar free cherryade
Evening Meal - 250 calories
Quorn ham and pickle sandwiches with a lettice, tomato and cucumber salad and decaff tea
Evening Snack - 50 calories
strawberries and raspberries
TOTAL CALORIES - 800

EXERCISE :
90 minute slow walk
