FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 100 calories
banana, Clementine and blueberries with green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Avocado and cucumber sandwich with orange pepper and carrot sticks
Afternoon - 350 calories
orange pepper and carrot sticks with houmous plus 2 squares plain chocolate, 3 biscuits, and bread and jam with green tea
Evening Meal - 600 calories
pasta with vegetable sauce, french beans, sweetcorn and chicken style dippers followed by a latte and biscuits
Evening Snack - 100 calories
rice pops
TOTAL CALORIES - 1450

EXERCISE :
60 minute slow walk
