Calories - 19th August

I was surprised at my weight this morning as I thought that the biscuits I ate yesterday would have made a difference to my weight. My weight was actually 10 stone 9.6 pounds.

FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 300 calories
Some banana, crisps and apple juice
Lunch - 350 calories
left over pasta, half an avocado, carrot and orange pepper sticks, followed by banana and apple with green tea
Afternoon - 300 calories
Cashew Nuts
Evening Meal - 450 calories
Baked potato, Quorn sausage and beans with decaff tea
Evening Snack - 350 calories
Raw foods cocoa bar and a banana
TOTAL CALORIES - 1900
