Calories - 22nd August

My weight increased a little the day before yesterday and even more yesterday to 10 stone 9.8 pounds as there was birthday cake to use up (oops).

FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 150 calories
Red grape, cherry and raspberry juice and two plums with a glass of water
Lunch - 200 calories
Scrambled Egg on toast with green tea
Afternoon - 300 calories
A banana, cashew nuts and green tea
Evening Meal - 350 calories
Pasta with tomato sauce, chicken style dippers, peas, carrots and brocolli with green tea
Evening Snack - 130 calories
crisps
TOTAL CALORIES - 1280
