My weight was back up to 10 stone 8.6 this morning. I think I may have miscalculated yesterdays calories or eaten too much during the evening.
FOOD AND DRINK :
Breakfast - 150 calories
25g Porridge with 150ml semi-skimmed milk and green tea
Elevenses - 75 calories
banana
Lunch - 150 calories
Quorn ham and pickle sandwich with cucumber, carrot and red pepper sticks with decaff tea
Afternoon - 100 calories
crisps with green tea
Evening Meal - 600 calories
Fish, chips, peas and carrots and decaff coffee
Evening Snack - calories
nothing
TOTAL CALORIES - 1075
EXERCISE :
90 minute slow walk
