Evening Meal - 500 calories
Stir fry chick peas, onion, red pepper with some broccoli and carrots and brown rice with a Southern Fried Quorn burger followed by a kids strawberry yoghurt and a green tea.
Evening Snack - 100 calories
Bread and jam, water and green tea
TOTAL CALORIES - 1250
