Recipe : Chocolate Milkshake

1 heaped teaspoon cocoa powder
1.5 heaped teaspoons splenda
150ml semi-skimmed milk
1 small ice cube

Just blend it all together and taste - add more sweetener if necessary. My recipe was 125 calories.

mmmmmmmmmmm! Looks delicious and low calorie with chocolate of course! Will give it a try.

I think the key with this recipe is not to make to much or else you will put on weight - make sure it is within your calorie allowance!
