Some apple and a few nuts with green tea
Evening Meal - 450 calories
Fish Finger sandwich, sweet potato wedges, carrots, peas and French beans followed by some fat free yoghurt with strawberry sauce followed by a decaff tea
Evening Snack - 150 calories
Peanut butter sandwich and green tea
TOTAL CALORIES - 1200
EXERCISE :
30 mins /200 calories on exercise machine
60 minute walk
