If you keep track of your calories on bits of paper then you may be looking for a less wasteful solution. These waterproof memo boards are a great solution. I think you´re doing a great job in this blog, I wouldn´t have pacience to count calories the way you do.

I was just thinking yesterday about changing the layout of my blog. I was trying to incorporate the 'logo' picture into the title and make it all a paler colour but I couldn't get it to look right. I must have a go at it sometime!
Your blog deserves a nice template, besides blogger´s default. There´s so many free stuff out there. I think it would really make a difference. If I can help in something, just let me know.
To do a new header with elements you would need a photo software. If you have a picture you like, you can try resize it with a free tool (for the pixels needed to fit).
