More Weight Loss

My weight was down to 10 stone 1.4 pounds this morning, so nearly back on track after my binge the other day. I still really hope that I can get down below 10 stone before Monday morning weigh in and then I will still be on track for my Christmas target of 9.5 stone.

My husband has been doing a training course this week and has done no exercise and been eating the biscuits and baguettes that they provide for food through the day. His weight is creeping back up. I feel sorry for him as if I was sitting surrounded by that sort of temptation, I would eat it too and he finds it hard fitting in exercise in the evenings as he has had homework and prep to do and he is tired from the intense learning and driving. Hopefully I can get him back on track this weekend with some walks and healthy meals. Wish me luck!

Biscuits and baguettes = no good!

That's going to bring back the cravings for sugar and all things bad.
Try to find other things to snack on and stay away from the bread! :O

I love bread but try to have wholemeal in small amounts! I will try to get him back on track this weekend.
