FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
Porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 100 calories
A small apple, a brazil nut, walnut, macademia and 3 hazel nuts and green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Caramelized onion and butternut squash with toast followed by a hot marmite drink
Afternoon - 100 calories
Biscuits and green tea
Evening Meal - 450 calories
Pasta with home made vegetable sauce, brussels sprouts, carrots, parsnip and a salmon fish cake and decaff tea
Evening Snack - 450 calories
Raw Food Cocoa bar, popcorn and fat free yoghurt with strawberry jam and two cups of decaff tea
TOTAL CALORIES - 1500

EXERCISE :

100 minutes walking
30 minutes / 225 calories on exercise machine
