Apple, sultanas and nuts and green tea
Evening Meal - 450 calories
Pasta with home made vegetable sauce, carrots, green beans and savoy cabbage with Quorn sausages and two cupsdecaff tea
Evening Snack - calories
Weetabix and decaff tea

EXERCISE :
