The whole family have gone down with colds so what with feeling unwell and looking after everyone I did not do any exercise on the machine.
FOOD AND DRINK :
Breakfast - 150 calories
Porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 150 calories
Wallaby Bar with green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Spicy onion, carrot and parsnip with toast followed by green tea
Afternoon - 100 calories
banana and decaff tea
Evening Meal - 350 calories
Rice with sausages, carrots, parsnips, sweetcorn and green beans
Evening Snack -200 calories
cereal
TOTAL CALORIES - 1100
EXERCISE :
100 minutes walking

Hi Rachel, I admire your low calorie breakfast. I think I will do as yours too. Did you mix something in your porridge? Mine is always 450 calories (oatmeal, raisins & almonds).
I just have 150ml semi skimmed milk with 25g oats. I add nothing else in it. Adding the raisins and almonds makes it much more balanced as you have fruit and protein which is healthier but it does make it a lot more calories. I tend to try to have nuts and fruit as snacks as I need to eat often to keep my blood sugar balanced.
