Calories - 21st November

FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
Porridge and water
Elevenses - 300 calories
Cadburys highlights chocolate bar and bread and jam with green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Vegetarian ham sandwich with cucumber followed by green tea
Afternoon - 100 calories
fat free yoghurt, some apple and a few nuts and decaff tea
Evening Meal -400 calories
Spicy carrot, parsnip and onion soup with a boiled egg and veggie bacon sandwich
Evening Snack -100 calories
weetabix and an oxo drink
TOTAL CALORIES - 1250

EXERCISE :

100 minutes walking

A veggie bacon sandwich... I would never have thought of that!

I used to LOVE bacon sandwiches!
The fat, greasy, porky kind, though...;)

The veggie bacon I have found recently is only 30 calories a slice and can be grilled, so low in calories!
