Porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 100 calories
Banana, apple and one digestive biscuit and green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Houmous on toast with cucumber and carrot sticks with two cups of decaff tea
Afternoon - 100 calories
2 biscuits and some grapes with decaff tea
Evening Meal - 350 calories
Pasta with homemade vegetable sauce, sweet potato, carrots and french beans with salmon fish fingers followed by two cups decaff tea
Evening Snack -150 calories
peanut butter and strawberry spread sandwich with decaff tea
TOTAL CALORIES - 1000

EXERCISE :

30 minutes / 200 calories exercise machine
