FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 100 calories
Weetabix and green tea
Elevenses - 100 calories
apple, grapes, diluted orange juice and green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Spicy pea, parsnip and carrot soup with toast, decaff tea and green tea
Afternoon - 100 calories
Cooked bramley apple with sultanas sprinkled with toasted walnut pieces and decaff tea
Evening Meal - 450 calories
Peppered vegetarian steak with couscous, carrots, parsnips and peas
Evening Snack - 150 calories
A few teaspoons of cooked apple and sultanasa and a Quorn ham and pickle sandwich with green tea
TOTAL CALORIES - 1050

EXERCISE :

30 mins /220 calories on exercise machine - running
30 mins / 185 calories on exercise machine - cycling
30 minutes gardening and washing the car
