FOOD AND DRINK :

Breakfast - 150 calories
Porridge and green tea
Elevenses - 100 calories
Weetabix and green tea
Lunch - 150 calories
Tomato, yellow pepper and a sprinkle of cheese on toast and a green tea
Afternoon - 100 calories
Banana, apple, sultanas and dried apricots with green tea
Evening Meal - 350 calories
Veggie quiche, sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and cabbage with decaff tea
Evening Snack - 200 calories
Blackcurrant fruit sweets and bread and jam with decaff tea
TOTAL CALORIES - 1050

EXERCISE :

100 minute walk
