Tuesday Morning Update

My husbands weight stayed the same at 14 stone 10.4 pounds after he was tempted by cakes at work and doing no exercise because he was busy.

I did my normal walk and some cycling on the machine but stuffed my face with chocolate in the morning for no good reason. I have made a decision to change my attitude towards chocolate and cocoa. I know that the fats in chocolate are one of the worst types you can have, the caffeine messes with my blood sugar and I am addicted to it. I used to love crisps until I thought about how bad they were for me and now I hardly ever want them so I hope the same will happen with chocolate in time. I will just have to wait and see. At the moment I know that I need to lose some weight and think about being even healthier by cutting down my naughty fats and sweetener so this is a good way of doing it. Despite my naughtiness I managed to get my weight down a tiny bit to 9 stone 9 pounds exactly.
