Food and Drink :

25g porridge oats with 150ml milk and green tea
Elevenses - 125 calories
An apple with some fat free yoghurt and green tea
Lunch - 175 calories
2 slices wholemeal bread with Quorn ham and mustard, tomatoes and cucumber with green tea
Afternoon Snack - 200 calories
Wallaby Bar, dried apricots and blackcurrant cordial
Evening Meal - 350 calories
Pasta with Home made sauce, fish fingers, carrots, peas and cabbage with decaff tea
Evening Snack - 0 calories
