I put on a bit of weight yesterday, despite trying hard and was 9 stone 10.6. Yesterday I was out for the day and ate a lot of snacks in the evening including a chocolate bar and a packet of crisps. I did quite a lot of walking but not hill walking like I normally do and no exercise machine and my weight went down to 9 stone 9.8 pounds. I was rather surprised and pleased and it has inspired me to be good today so that is a positive thing.
