My weight was back up to 9 stone 10.2 pounds this morning. It was a little disappointing but I will still be happy to continue and see what happens in the long term as there are obviously other factors such as exercise and hormones which play a role in weight loss/gain. I probably did have a few more calories yesterday than the previous few days but I was still happy with the fact that I ate all healthy foods and good food combinations.
