This morning my weight was 9 stone 12.8 pounds which was good. It was not as low as I had hoped but I will keep working hard at it and hopefully will be able to get to 9 stone 10 pounds by this time next week. I was sensible yesterday and did two exercise sessions, one jogging and one cycling and some sit ups and ate well. I am always tempted to be naughtier at the weekends because I have more time to cook breakfasts and things like that.
