I kept to the balanced meals and snacks yesterday and felt like I ate loads. My blood sugar is still at a great level and I lost weight too. I am now 9 stone 9.6 pounds. I had wondered if yesterdays loss was a fluke but I guess not. I am so happy that I can eat more, feel great and still lose weight, I just hope that it keeps going.
Yesterday I ate :
porridge and a fruit smoothie (250 cals)
a yoghurt fruit and nut bat and an oat and fruit bar(250 cals)
Quorn ham sandwiches with tomatoes and cucumber (250 cals)
A yoghurt with grapes and oat digestives (300 cals)
Wholemeal pasta with Quorn dippers, carrots, broad beans and French beans and two oat digestive biscuits (450 calories)
A peanut butter and banana sandwich (250 cals)
