My weight stayed the same again this morning at 9 stone 10.4 pounds. I was a little disappointed but went into a shop to try on some dresses and realised how good my figure looked, which made me feel happy. I didn't find one that completely suited me but on Thursday I will be doing a bit more of a shopping trip and might treat myself to something.
