My wieght stayed the same at 9 stonr 8.8 for a long time until I entertained on saturday and ate too many left overs and it went up to 9 stone 10.8 pounds. Today it was down a bit to 9 stone 10.4 pounds. I was hoping it would be lower than this before Christmas but never mind!
