Monday News

Well my weight stayed teh same this morning at 9 stone 12 pounds. I think it was possibly because I did not go for a walk yesterday. I stuck to my 1200 calories with the following food :

porridge - 150 calories
salmon sandwich - 200 calories
sweetcorn - 100 calories
apple and mango - 150 calories
salmon pasta with peas and pak choi and fat free yoghurt with lemon sauce - 400 calories
wallaby bar and grapes - 200 calories

I did burn 200 calories on the exercise machine taking 45 minutes so that was good.
