I did not do well yesterday, I started snacking a lot and then just could not seem to stop. The fact that I had a walk and a session on the exercise machine probably saved me and my weight only went up to 9 stone 13 pounds.
Today I am back on target. the children are at school so I have had a good walk and I will be getting another one later as well when I pick them up. I have already done an hour on the exercise bike and I have started the day eating well. I had porridge for breakfast (150 calories), a weetabix mid morning (100 calories) and a toasted Quorn ham sandwich with a few tomatoes, grapes and blueberries for lunch (250 calories). I plan on having a banana this afternoon, pasta with vegetables and Quorn dippers for my evening meal and maybe some more fruit and yoghurt this evening. That will take me to 1000 calories so I may indulge in a nut and yoghurt bar too, but there is a diet show on so I will make sure I have watched that first as I may change my mind then!
