New Book

I have written another new book. This one is called 'The Chocolate Diet'. love chocolate and I would love to be able to incorporate it in to a healthy diet but it is not healthy. Therefore I used the book to explain about the nutritional content of chocolate and the best way to incorporate it into a healthy diet so that it does not do you harm.
