Well, weight loss has been slow since Christmas. I have still found my willpower is very low and so I have been eating a lot of naughty things. I have been managing to get away with it by cutting the starchy carbs out of my main meals and exercising more. I know that I will not get away with it for long though, as my body adjusts to doing more exercise and I lose a bit more weight so need less calories to keep me going. At least the weight is going down, so that is a good start anyway.
